ABOUT US
The Community Health and Aging Outcomes (CHAO) Lab is an interdisciplinary research group based at Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research. We are committed to working with health care industry leaders, policymakers, and other researchers to ask important, creative, and timely research questions that can provide decision-makers with evidence-based guidance.
The lab’s Director is Olga F. Jarrín Montaner, PhD, RN, an Assistant Professor at Rutgers School of Nursing.
OUR MISSION
Identify and evaluate health systems and policy interventions that can improve community-based care for people living with advanced and chronic illness.
